Returns and Refund Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through Mypiratemug™, regardless of the country from which the order is placed.

1. Return period
At Mypiratemug™ we offer a 90-day commercial return policy, counted from the date of receipt of the order.
This commercial policy is offered additionally and does not affect the legal rights of the consumer established by the applicable regulations.

2. Conditions for a return to be accepted
For a return to be approved within our 90-day commercial policy, the product must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
• It must retain its original packaging, labels, accessories and protections
• Proof of purchase must be included
• It must not show signs of misuse, handling or damage

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Procedure to request a return
To initiate a return, the customer must previously contact our team via email:

The request must include:
• Order number
• Reason for the return

Once the request has been evaluated, we will provide the corresponding instructions and the shipping address.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return shipping costs
Except in cases where the product:
• arrives defective
• arrives damaged
• or there is an error in the order

the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned item arrives in proper condition.
Mypiratemug™ is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transport.

5. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
The customer must review their order as soon as it is received.

If the product arrives defective, damaged or does not correspond to the order placed, they must contact as soon as possible at:

The customer must report any incident related to damaged, defective or incorrect products within a maximum period of 4 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

After this period, Mypiratemug™ cannot guarantee the acceptance of claims related to damage caused during transport or delivery, without prejudice to the legal rights of the consumer.

In order to evaluate the case, we may request photographs or additional information.

Once the issue has been verified, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the applicable legislation.

6. Items not eligible for return
Returns will not be accepted for:
• Products used beyond what is necessary to check their nature or functioning
• Gift cards
• Items that are not in their original condition
• Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling

7. Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original product and subsequently place a new order.

Exceptionally, Mypiratemug™ may allow exchanges for another color of the same product, provided that:
• the item is unused
• it retains its original packaging
• stock availability exists

8. Right of withdrawal – European Union
If the order is shipped within the European Union, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

During this period, the customer may examine the product only to the extent necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way as they could do in a physical store.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact:

The customer must return the product within a maximum period of 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal.

Except when the product is defective or incorrect, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

9. Consumer responsibility for decrease in value
The customer will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the products when such loss of value is the result of handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

In the event that the returned product shows signs of use, wear, damage or missing original elements, Mypiratemug™ reserves the right to apply a proportional deduction to the refund amount, depending on the condition of the product.

10. Inspection of returns
All returned products will be inspected before proceeding with the refund.

If the item does not meet the return conditions indicated in this policy, Mypiratemug™ may reject the return or apply a reduction in the refund amount.

11. Refunds
Once the return has been received and after carrying out the corresponding inspection, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If the refund is approved:
• It will be made to the original payment method
• The estimated period is up to 10 business days
• The final time may depend on the banking entity or payment provider

12. Undelivered orders or incorrect addresses
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or because the package has not been collected at the corresponding delivery point, Mypiratemug™ may deduct the logistical costs generated before issuing any refund.
